These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Invoize mobile application (the “App”) and related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by Invoize (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using Invoize, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use Invoize. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Use of Service

Invoize is designed to help individuals, freelancers, and businesses create and manage invoices, estimates, and billing records.
You agree not to misuse the Service for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Subscription & Payments

Invoize offers both free features and paid premium features through in-app purchases and subscription plans.
All subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store in accordance with their payment policies.
Prices and subscription terms are subject to change. Any changes will be communicated within the App or on our website.
Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. User Data

You may input client, business, and financial data into Invoize.
You retain ownership of your data; however, you grant us a limited license to store and process it to provide the Service.
We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or completeness of any data you upload.

5. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information.

6. Intellectual Property

The Invoize app, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Invoize and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

7. Limitation of Liability

Invoize is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We make no warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for your specific business needs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.
You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting the App from your device.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available within the App or on our official website. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
